About Us
 TimeLess Concierge began with the dream of finding more time to do the things we really wanted to do. Life is fast-paced and with all that needs to be done, we don’t often get to do all that we want.
Life passes by too quickly - our children grow up before our eyes and we often feel we don't have the time we want to do what we love. If only we could find just a little more time. We decided to do something about that: We’d just make more time. So, we took our knowledge of the local stores and businesses and decided to put it to work. What better way to save time than to let someone else do the work! We have the knowledge and the time – why not use it! With that exclamation, TimeLess Concierge was born.
About Erin Erin Gilpin had been a medical transcriptionist and editor for more than 10 years. Over the last two years, she has additionally been working as a personal assistant. In 2005, she founded the still-successful medical transcription business - EMD Services.  Business aside, she spends her free time and much of her working time with her three children, Madison (10), Cody (8) and Wild (3) and her wonderful husband, Rob Oaks. He works for the fabulous water company, UltraPure, in Medford. Rob also has his own business, Burn Metal Designs, where he is currently focusing on creating beautiful wine displays. Whenever possible, Erin also indulges in her passions for art, beautiful things, writing, travel, exploring new places with her family, expanding her educational horizons, and of course – pursuing anything chocolate.
